We adopt a double-layer 7-thread thickened inner liner, made of high-temperature resistant materials. This specialized liner effectively isolates high temperatures from the outer bag, preventing the body from softening or melting during loading. Unlike standard bulk bags, these maintain structural integrity even in direct contact with hot asphalt, ensuring zero leakage.
Designed with practicality for logistics, the bag features a standard size of 100Γ100Γ110 cm, optimized for efficient loading and container transportation. With a stable load capacity of approximately 1 ton, it matches common packaging volumes. To enhance stability, the bag is compatible with special fixed iron framesβthis ensures the bag remains upright during loading, avoiding spills.
The outer bag is made of heavy duty PP woven fabric, featuring excellent tensile strength suitable for long-distance transportation. We integrate reinforced lifting loops, evenly distributed to ensure stable hoisting by forklifts or cranes.
