This food grade Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) is tailor-made for high-purity lithium-ion battery separator storage and long-distance transit, a specialized clean bulk packaging solution designed for new energy raw material factories, lithium cell production workshops and high-standard fine chemical processing plants. The standard specification of this industrial ton bag is 90cm × 90cm × 115cm with a rated safe loading weight of 1000kg, fully meeting the unitized logistics demand of microporous battery separator film raw materials, PE separator precursors and polypropylene diaphragm particles.
Constructed from virgin food-contact compliant polypropylene woven fabric without recycled additives, the whole bag avoids impurity precipitation and cross-contamination to delicate battery diaphragm materials, complying with international food safety packaging standards and clean-room packaging requirements for sensitive new energy materials. The structural layout adopts dual small spout configuration: a compact top filling spout for dust-free sealed feeding during automated production lines, and a matched bottom discharge spout for controlled material outflow without powder leakage, greatly optimizing continuous feeding workflows in lithium battery manufacturing facilities.
For mechanical lifting and warehouse turnover, we integrate four reinforced cross-corner lifting loops that evenly disperse weight during crane and forklift hoisting, paired with two independent auxiliary handling straps for convenient manual auxiliary moving during stacking and inventory sorting. A custom-shaped form-fit inner liner is pre-installed inside each FIBC; the profiled inner barrier completely wraps granular and powdery separator feedstock, blocking moisture, dust and external foreign matter infiltration to retain the original purity of lithium battery diaphragm materials during sea freight, land transport and long-term warehouse storage.
Branding customization capability covers four-color offset printing on the outer woven surface, allowing enterprises to print brand logos, product specifications, batch tracking codes and safety operation labels for standardized supply chain management.
