A truly leak-proof (or sift-proof) bag uses dust-proof felt or filler cords in the seams. For extremely fine powders, we use a "Triple Dust-Proof" seam which involves sealing the top, bottom, and side seams with specialized polypropylene felt to block needle holes.

We follow the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System. All food-grade bags are produced in dust-free workshops, undergo metal detection, and are cleaned with ionized air before vacuum packaging to ensure zero foreign body contamination.
